We went not intending to sign papers that day, but based on our reasonable expectations, we were able to strike the deal we wanted. We test drove a Mazda 6 GT through the winding hills of Franklin, and I was sold. Levi located the color and trim package we wanted locally, so we drove away the next day. There was a bit of trim damage from transport, but they replaced the parts quickly the next week. All in all, it was a great experience. Levi has a quirky sense of humor that made it very personable. So long and thanks for all the fish.

I saw a used car online and came in to the dealership to take a look. Levi promptly greeted me and asked me what he could do to help. I was interested in one of the lowest priced cars on the lot yet I still received stellar service from start to finish. There was no pressure to look at something more expensive. Levi’s only mission was to make sure I was happy. He did so and not to mention has a great sense of humor. When I let Levi know that I didn’t like one of the add-on features of the vehicle, he went above and beyond to have the feature removed so I’d love the car even more. Everyone at the dealership was warm and friendly. This is not what I have experienced at other dealerships. I will be coming to Nelson Mazda for my future vehicle needs and recommending them to all my friends.

I highly recommend Nelson Mazda. From my initial “chat” with Nicole I felt this dealership was different. During the whole process from beginning to end I felt everyone listened to what my needs were and there was never any pressure to buy. It was all about taking care of me! Patrick worked the numbers and was able to get me in a car that has so many features that it can almost drive itself for a lease payment within my budget. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen. Levi was absolutely amazing and I walked out knowing I had not only leased a car but I had made a new friend. I was in and out of finance with Scott (?) in a matter of minutes. I have a strong faith in God and when I found out this was a Christian based dealership I understood why everything felt so different. A big thank you to everyone. As for the car...I have never driven a car like this and yes...I love my Mazda!
